Refund & Return Policy
At Technofix Consult, we aim to provide quality products and services. This policy explains our refund and return terms:
1. Physical Products (Computers, Accessories, Toners)
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase for items that are defective or damaged.
- Product must be in original condition and packaging
- No refunds for physical damage caused by the customer.
2. Software & Digital Services
- Software licenses, installations, and digital services are non-refundable once delivered.
- Custom software setups and deployments are non-refundable after activation.
3. Training Programs
- Training fees are non-refundable after registration.
- If a student cannot attend, they may request rescheduling (subject to availability).
4. Service Fees
- Payments for installations, consultancy, and technical support are non-refundable once work has commenced.
